From September 1988 to September 1989 perineal puncture prostatography with 60% urografin was performed in 21 patients with the prostate enlargement. Prostatographic findings suggested that 15 patients had benign prostatic hyperplasia and 6 had prostatic cancer. The diagnosis had been histologically proved after prostatectomy in 19 cases. The procedure was easily and safely conducted at outpatient clinic without complications. We believe that prostatography is useful in differential diagnosis of prostatic diseases and in selecting operative methods.
1988年9月至1989年9月，对21例前列腺增生患者进行了60%泛影葡胺会阴穿刺前列腺造影。前列腺造影结果显示，15例为良性前列腺增生，6例为前列腺癌。19例患者在前列腺切除术后经组织学证实了诊断。该操作在门诊即可轻松、安全地进行，且无并发症。我们认为前列腺造影对前列腺疾病的鉴别诊断及手术方法的选择是有用的。
