[A surgical toolkit for internal osteosynthesis of the hip bone].

An original surgical toolkit for osteosynthesis of the cotyloid cavity (on its medial side and on the caudal and dorsal side of the terminal line of pelvis, which is especially difficult for surgical intervention) is described. Up to the present day, no special tools for surgical intervention at this site of the cotyloid cavity were available. The developed surgical toolkit provides implementation of a new method for osteosynthesis of the hip bone. Bone treatment is performed at right angle through a narrow deep operative wound. This procedure is less traumatic than conventional methods. It extends the range of surgical interventions at hardly accessible sites.
