[Extramedullary plasmocytoma of the nasopharynx].

A case of extramedullary plasmacytoma sited in the nasopharynx in a 25 years old women is presented. The first symptomatology was otology; no evidence of plasmocytoma after clinical study were found in another site. We also do a revision of diagnostic and therapeutic management.
