The article is based on materials of investigation of the formation and healing of the bronchus stump in dogs, investigation of special structure of the main bronchi and related with it strength characteristics when using different methods of treatment of the bronchus stump and bronchial suture on tracheo-bronchial complexes. The postoperative course after pneumonectomy was analyzed in 530 patients. A new method of treatment of the bronchus stump was proposed (a modified Overholt means) and closing the stump by compression from the outside by special clips. The method combines good strength, and positive features of a unified and individualized method of part-through, out-of-mucus suture of the bronchus.
本文基于对犬支气管残端形成与愈合的研究材料，对主支气管特殊结构的研究，以及在气管支气管复合体上采用不同支气管残端处理方法和支气管缝合时与之相关的强度特性。分析了530例肺切除术后的病程。提出了一种支气管残端的新治疗方法（改良的奥弗霍尔特方法），即通过特殊夹子从外部压迫来闭合残端。该方法兼具良好的强度，以及支气管部分贯穿、非黏液性缝合统一且个体化方法的积极特性。
