Abstract

Three cases of insulinoma seen in the past few months are reported in order to highlight recent advances in the management of this condition. These advances include serum insulin level determinations to correlate with blood sugar levels; selective arteriography as a means of localizing a tumour; and the monitoring of blood sugar levels during surgery.
