[Patient's reaction to surgical trauma in surgical treatment of duodenal ulcer].

Evaluation of metabolism and state of central hemodynamics in 134 patients with duodenal ulcer before the operation and at the early postoperative period was carried out. It was established that pronouncement of postaggressive response of an organism to trauma in surgical treatment of a duodenal ulcer didn't depend on a type of the operation due to use of the modern methods of anesthesia. Therefore, moderate pronouncement of such a response after the organ-preserving operations can't be a criterium for the wide use of surgical treatment of an uncomplicated duodenal ulcer.
