Abstract
Radiation therapy of cervical cancer causes late radiation lesions of the rectum in a majority of patients. Surgery is a method of choice of the treatment of postradiation corrosive strictures and fistulas. Modern diagnosis of complications permits adequate surgical rehabilitation.

宫颈癌放射治疗会导致大多数患者出现直肠晚期放射性损伤。手术是治疗放疗后腐蚀性狭窄和瘘管的首选方法。对并发症的现代诊断有助于实现充分的手术康复。
