眼眶脂肪瘤：2例病例报告及文献复习

PURPOSE
Lipomas are rare benign tumors of the orbit that can resemble a variety of other orbital masses. We present 2 patients with orbital lipomas and review the literature.
METHOD
Retrospective review of clinical charts, imaging studies, and pathology specimens.
RESULTS
We encountered 2 patients with lipomas, both presenting with orbital swelling and a mass noted on clinical examination. A well-circumscribed lesion was seen on CT, which on excision was composed of mature fat cells arranged in lobules and surrounded by a diaphanous capsule.
CONCLUSIONS
Lipomas arising in the orbit may evoke a range of clinicoradiologic differential diagnoses.
目的
脂肪瘤是眼眶罕见的良性肿瘤，可类似于多种其他眼眶肿物。我们报告2例眼眶脂肪瘤患者并复习相关文献。
方法
回顾性分析临床病历、影像学检查及病理标本。
结果
我们遇到2例脂肪瘤患者，均表现为眼眶肿胀，临床检查可触及肿物。CT显示边界清晰的病变，切除标本由排列成小叶状的成熟脂肪细胞组成，周围有一层薄的包膜。
结论
眼眶脂肪瘤可能引发一系列临床及影像学鉴别诊断。
