Abstract
We present one case of retroperitoneal fibrosis occurring in a patient presenting with a prolactinoma identified five years previously and treated with bromocriptine since then. Bromocriptine, an ergot derivative with a dopaminergic action, seems to be the cause of the fibrosis in this patient.
