Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To research the best processing method of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. without hair by water.

METHODS

L9(3)4 orthogonal table were decided with three effect factors: moistening time, temperature, thickness. According to the amount of sarsasapogenin and mangiferin, Orthogonal design was applied to investigate on the technology of processing Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. without hair by water.

RESULTS

The moistening time has apparent effects on the sum of sarsasapogenin and mangiferin in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. The best processing method is as follows: Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. is moistened for 15 h, then steaming at 60 degrees C after sliced to 3 mm.

目的

研究知母水焯去毛的最佳炮制方法。

方法

以润药时间、温度、厚度3个因素为考察因素,选用L9(3)4正交表,以菝葜皂苷元和芒果苷的含量为指标,采用正交设计法对知母水焯去毛工艺进行考察。

结果

润药时间对知母中菝葜皂苷元和芒果苷总量有显著影响。最佳炮制方法为:知母润药15小时,切成3毫米薄片后,在60℃蒸制。
