Abstract

The brief information on existing official methods of research of food dyes in food stuffs in the various countries are given. The special attention is given to a urgency of development of methods of extraction of food dyes from the complex foodstuff containing carbohydrates. In article are given the data on frequency of use of various kinds of food dyes in the food-processing industry of Russia.
