To explore the expression and changes of protooncogene c-myc in early restenosis after carotid endarterectomy (CEA).
Using New Zealand Rabbits, carotid atherosclerotic stenosis (CASS) model were created. The expression of c-myc in early restenosis after CEA were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).
In this experiment protooncogene c-myc was analysed at pre-operation, 4 hours and 1 d after CEA by qRT-PCR, and the level of mRNA of c-myc was reached maximum at 4 hours, and decreased following significantly, but still higher than pre-operation.
The activation of protooncogene c-myc may be generator factor of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation.
探讨颈动脉内膜切除术(CEA)后早期再狭窄中原癌基因c-myc的表达及变化。
采用新西兰兔建立颈动脉粥样硬化狭窄(CASS)模型。通过定量实时聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测CEA后早期再狭窄中c-myc的表达。
本实验通过qRT-PCR在术前、CEA后4小时和1天分析原癌基因c-myc,c-myc的mRNA水平在4小时达到最高,随后显著下降,但仍高于术前。
原癌基因c-myc的激活可能是血管平滑肌细胞增殖的发生因素。
