Results of treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis are analyzed. Efficacy of staged treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis is demonstrated. The ineffective conservative therapy during 1-3 days is regarded as indication for half-open surgical method (median laparotomy, necrsecvestrectomy, omentopancreatobursostoma and lumbostoma formation). General purulent peritonitis is indication for open method (laparostoma formation). Unitized surgical tactics permitted to reduce lethality from 4.2 to 2.5%.
分析了急性胰腺炎患者的治疗结果。证实了急性坏死性胰腺炎患者分期治疗的有效性。在1 - 3天内无效的保守治疗被视为半开放式手术方法（正中剖腹术、坏死组织清除术、大网膜胰腺囊腔造口术和腰造口术）的指征。弥漫性化脓性腹膜炎是开放式手术方法（造口术）的指征。统一的手术策略使死亡率从4.2%降至2.5%。
