Abstract
BACKGROUND
Pregnancy has been associated with aplastic anemia, but a causal relationship has been questioned.
CASE
A case of aplastic anemia was diagnosed during pregnancy and initially mimicked immune-mediated thrombocytopenic purpura.
CONCLUSION
Pregnant women with aplastic anemia are at high risk. The severity of the disease and choice of the patient have to be considered before treatment.

妊娠与再生障碍性贫血有关，但因果关系受到质疑。
病例
一名再生障碍性贫血患者在孕期被诊断出来，最初被误诊为免疫性血小板减少性紫癜。
结论
