Non-operative treatment of morbus Peyronie with 1000 mg of vitamin E daily is warranted as long as the penetration of the penis into the vagina is not hindered. As soon as sexual problems occur, depending on the age, either a corporaplasty (Nesbit-Kelâmi) or implantation of penile prostheses without plaque surgery (Kelâmi) is performed with an excellent late result rate of 96%.
