With the increasing of the middle age, more and more elderly patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia have to be surgically treated with lower operatory time and lower anesthesiological stress. The Authors present a personal tension-free hernioplastic technique.
Thirthy-seven male patients (range 80-92 years) recovered for incarcerated inguinal hernia (Gilbert II tipe) without vascular injury, underwent to tension-free hernioplastic technique without inguinal canal opening, in local anaesthesia.
The average operative time was 33 minutes (range 25-42 min). Follow-up at 10 days, 3 months and 5 years shows a correct position of the plug, no recurrence, no alterations of normal testicular vascolarization in absence of paresthesia or chronic pain. The post-operative pain was absent or trascurable whitout the use of any antalgical therapy.
随着中年人的增多，越来越多的老年嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者需要接受手术治疗，且手术时间要更短，麻醉应激要更低。作者介绍了一种个人的无张力疝修补技术。
37例男性患者（年龄80 - 92岁）因嵌顿性腹股沟疝（吉尔伯特II型）且无血管损伤，在局部麻醉下接受了不打开腹股沟管的无张力疝修补技术。
平均手术时间为33分钟（范围25 - 42分钟）。术后10天、3个月和5年的随访显示补片位置正确，无复发，在无感觉异常或慢性疼痛的情况下，睾丸正常血管化无改变。术后疼痛不存在或无需任何止痛治疗即可耐受。
