[15 years of anesthesia in hand surgery].

The authors give an account on their experiences in the anaesthesy on the hand area. Methods used during a 15 year period are reported, different sorts of narcosis and the intravenous regional anaesthesy is discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of the particular methods are outlined.
