Abstract
Ultrasonic examination in occlusion of the abdominal aorta and its visceral branches is effective in 87.7% of cases. In combined lesions of the aorta and its visceral branches the authors suggest one-stage reconstructive operations to correct the blood flow. The mortality rate in such cases reduced by 6.76%.

超声检查对腹主动脉及其内脏分支闭塞的诊断有效率为87.7%。对于主动脉及其内脏分支的联合病变，作者建议采用一期重建手术来纠正血流。此类病例的死亡率降低了6.76%。
