Abstract

Autologous microskin-grafts were observed morphologically sequentially after being grafted to 6 extensive burn patients. The epidermal cells of the microskin grew into the dermal layer of the allograft and crept over the surface along the newly formed granulation. Finally, the epidermal cells of the microskin covered the wound. The allograft may exert an inducing effect on the growth of epidermal cells. Keratinous substance was formed as a result of the degeneration of the epidermal cells of the microskin.

摘要

对6例大面积烧伤患者移植自体微粒皮后进行了连续的形态学观察。微粒皮的表皮细胞长入同种异体皮的真皮层,并沿着新形成的肉芽在表面蔓延。最终,微粒皮的表皮细胞覆盖了创面。同种异体皮可能对表皮细胞的生长发挥诱导作用。微粒皮的表皮细胞退变形成了角质物质。
