Abstract
M-isozyme pyruvate kinase activity proved to be elevated in the liver of rats with hepatoma induced by p-dimethylaminoazobenzene. Sodium fluoride surplus in rat diet prevented the increase of this isozyme activity.
摘要
已证实，在对二甲氨基偶氮苯诱导的肝癌大鼠肝脏中，M-同工酶丙酮酸激酶活性升高。大鼠饮食中过量的氟化钠可阻止这种同工酶活性的增加。
