OBJECTIVE
To present one cases of the use of balloon catheter in surgical treatment of renal angiomyolipoma involving the renal vein and vena cava as a tumor thrombus and review literatures.
METHODS
Abdominal ultrasound and CT and MRI demonstrated a large right renal mass with tumor thrombus in the inferior vena cava. Right nephrectomy and en-bloc removal of the intra caval tumor thrombus were performed. A balloon catheter was used to block vena cava under the level of liver vena during the operation.
RESULTS
The pathological diagnosis was angiomyolipoma. The length of the tumor thrombus was 6.5 cm. The patient recovered well 1 year after surgery.
CONCLUSION
Renal angiomyolipoma with a tumor thrombus should be paid more attention.
目的
介绍1例使用球囊导管治疗累及肾静脉及下腔静脉形成瘤栓的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的病例并复习相关文献。
方法
腹部超声、CT及MRI显示右肾巨大肿块伴下腔静脉瘤栓。行右肾切除术及完整切除腔静脉内瘤栓。术中使用球囊导管在肝静脉水平以下阻断下腔静脉。
结果
病理诊断为血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。瘤栓长度为6.5 cm。患者术后1年恢复良好。
结论
肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并瘤栓应予以更多关注。
