It is quite easy to significantly modify the nasal bone. In most cases, the dorsonasal skin, which is often thin and elastic, will adapt to the new osteocartilaginous frame. On the contrary, the thickness is different at the tip of the nose, where the skin is often thicker than at the dorsonasal level. Surgery should preferably be performed first on the tip of the nose, whose new shape will allow adjusting the new structure of the nasal bone.
显著改变鼻骨相当容易。在大多数情况下，鼻背皮肤通常薄且有弹性，会适应新的骨软骨框架。相反，鼻尖处的皮肤厚度不同，此处皮肤通常比鼻背处更厚。手术最好先在鼻尖进行，鼻尖的新形状将有助于调整鼻骨的新结构。
