Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the preparation of Shuanghuanglian taste-masking microspheres by spray-drying.

METHOD

Traced the compounds bitterness source, marked its curve and optimized the microspheres preparation by taking taste evaluation, microspheres yield and inclusion rate as the indexes.

RESULT

The bitter taste of compounds comes from Forsythia suspensa. The best taste-masking material is Eudragit E100. The optimal spray-drying parameters: solvent concentration 2.0%, inlet air temperature 75 degrees C, aspirator 35.0 m3 x h(-1), spray flow 0.35 m3 x h(-1), pump speed 8.0 mL x min(-1).

CONCLUSION

The spray-drying as a method of masking the traditional Chinese medicine compound taste have advantages of simple process and efficient masking.

目的

探讨采用喷雾干燥法制备双黄连掩味微球。

方法

追踪化合物苦味来源,绘制其曲线,并以口感评价、微球收率和包封率为指标优化微球制备工艺。

结果

化合物苦味来源于连翘。最佳掩味材料为丙烯酸树脂E100。最佳喷雾干燥参数:溶剂浓度2.0%,进风温度75℃,抽气量35.0 m³·h⁻¹,喷雾流量0.35 m³·h⁻¹,泵速8.0 mL·min⁻¹。

结论

喷雾干燥法作为一种中药复方掩味方法,具有工艺简单、掩味效果好的优点。
