Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To discuss the diagnose and treatment of puerile cases with serious cellulitis of floor of mouth.

METHODS

The data of 12 cases with serious cellulitis of floor of mouth were retrospectively analyzed.

RESULTS

12 cases with serious cellulitis of floor of mouth were all cured by systemic anti-infection and topical incision and drainage.

CONCLUSION

The key to treat serious cellulitis of floor of mouth is systemic anti-infection and topical incision and drainage.

摘要

目的

探讨小儿重症口底蜂窝织炎的诊断与治疗。

方法

回顾性分析12例小儿重症口底蜂窝织炎的临床资料。

结果

12例小儿重症口底蜂窝织炎均经全身抗感染及局部切开引流治愈。

结论

小儿重症口底蜂窝织炎治疗的关键是全身抗感染及局部切开引流。
