Half-life of mitochondrial proteins and cytochrome C of rabbit myocardium was determined with glycine-I-C14 and H3-5-aminolevulinic acid, respectively, as precursors. Half-life of mitochondrial proteins calculated from the curve of the gradual radioactivity decline was 14.4 days, and that of cytochrome C--11.8 days; reutilization of glycine-C14 in plastic metabolism did not exceed 20%. No difference from control was noticed in rabbits with an experimental allergic heart damage.
分别以甘氨酸-I-C14和H3-5-氨基乙酰丙酸作为前体,测定了兔心肌线粒体蛋白和细胞色素C的半衰期。根据放射性逐渐下降曲线计算出的线粒体蛋白半衰期为14.4天,细胞色素C的半衰期为11.8天;甘氨酸-C14在蛋白质代谢中的再利用率不超过20%。在实验性过敏性心脏损伤的兔子中未发现与对照组有差异。
