Liver transplantation has evolved into a relatively safe clinical procedure for end stage liver disease but the success is absolutely dependent on the quality of the donor organs. Graft malfunction is an important source of morbidity and mortality after liver transplantation so further improvement of organ quality is mandatory. Experimental data seem to justify application of antioxidant therapy in clinical liver transplantation. According to the mode of action antioxidant therapy treatment should be considered for donor and recipient of the graft.
肝移植已发展成为一种针对终末期肝病相对安全的临床手术，但成功与否绝对取决于供体器官的质量。移植肝功能障碍是肝移植后发病和死亡的重要原因，因此必须进一步提高器官质量。实验数据似乎证明抗氧化治疗在临床肝移植中的应用是合理的。根据作用方式，应考虑对移植器官的供体和受体进行抗氧化治疗。
