This case study reports one case of transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) in a 23-yr-old woman with right flank pain and recurrent urinary tract infection due to a nonfunctional right kidney. She underwent nephrectomy by transvaginal NOTES using the endoscope by vaginal access and two additional 5-mm trocars in the abdomen. Total procedure time was 170 min and estimated blood loss was 350 cc. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was discharged 12h after the procedure.
本病例报告了1例23岁女性患者，因右肾无功能导致右侧胁腹疼痛和反复尿路感染，接受经阴道自然腔道内镜手术（NOTES）。她通过经阴道NOTES进行肾切除术，经阴道途径置入内镜，并在腹部额外置入两个5mm套管针。手术总时长170分钟，估计失血量为350cc。患者术后恢复顺利，术后12小时出院。
