Abstract
BACKGROUND
Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the cervix is a rare entity. To date, less than 20 cases have been reported in the English literature.
CASE
We present a case of a 75-year-old multigravida woman who was treated with radiation therapy.
CONCLUSION
It is an aggressive tumour and primary treatment with radiation in early stage disease offers an effective form of therapy.

背景
宫颈肉瘤样癌是一种罕见的疾病。迄今为止，英文文献中报道的病例不到20例。
病例
我们报告一例75岁多产妇女接受放射治疗的病例。
结论
这是一种侵袭性肿瘤，早期疾病采用放射治疗作为主要治疗方法是一种有效的治疗方式。
