Abstract
The authors report the occurrence and clinical course of serous retinal detachment following glaucoma surgery in three patients. Serous detachment resolved in all patients spontaneously following treatment with oral and topical steroids.

作者报告了3例青光眼手术后发生浆液性视网膜脱离的情况及临床病程。所有患者经口服和局部应用类固醇治疗后，浆液性脱离均自行消退。
