Abstract
The authors report a case of HIV infection revealed by pneumocystosis. Bronchoalveolar lavage failed to provide a diagnosis. A second bronchial fibroscopy associated with transbronchial biopsies enabled the diagnosis of invasive pneumocystosis to be made.
