The article deals with problem of occupationally related diseases, examples and evidence. The authors analyzed role of periodic medical examinations in diagnosis of occupationally related diseases, considered a triad for their diagnosis: flow-chart, algorithm table and numerical scale. Suggestions on improving periodic medical examinations for diagnosing occupationally related diseases are presented.
