A case of the 38-years old patient with a severe streptococcal phlegmon fundi oris and secondary deficiency of gamma-globulins was reported. The patient was successfully treated by surgery, proper antibiotico-therapy and immunoregulation.
报告了一例38岁患有严重口腔底部链球菌蜂窝织炎及继发性γ-球蛋白缺乏症的患者。该患者通过手术、适当的抗生素治疗和免疫调节成功治愈。
