Abstract
Several aspects of C-type oncornavirus-lymphocyte interactions in the mouse are reviewed: 1) immunological abnormalities induced by C-type viruses, particularly immunosuppression and autoimmunity; 2) activation or amplification of endogenous C-type viruses during immunological reactions; and 3) the immune responses to these endogenous oncornaviruses. A unifying hypothesis is proposed to relate various interactions between lymphocytes and C-type oncornaviruses.

本文综述了小鼠中C型肿瘤病毒与淋巴细胞相互作用的几个方面：1）C型病毒诱导的免疫异常，特别是免疫抑制和自身免疫；2）免疫反应期间内源性C型病毒的激活或扩增；3）对这些内源性肿瘤病毒的免疫反应。提出了一个统一的假说，以关联淋巴细胞与C型肿瘤病毒之间的各种相互作用。
