Abstract

Seventy-five cases of chronic prostatitis were treated with intraprostatic injection of azactam via transperineal route. Direct intraprostatic antibiotic injection was advantageous. The drug can cross the barrier of the lipoprotein epithelial membrane of the prostate with a high concentration in the gland and longer effects. Of the 75 patients, 73 (97.3%) were cured. The pharmacological properties of azactam are also described.

摘要

经会阴途径向前列腺内注射氨曲南治疗慢性前列腺炎75例。直接向前列腺内注射抗生素具有优势。该药物可穿过前列腺脂蛋白上皮膜屏障，在腺体内达到高浓度且作用持久。75例患者中，73例（97.3%）治愈。文中还描述了氨曲南的药理特性。
