Abstract
To clarify a suspected implant allergy, a patch test with implant metals and bone cement components can be used. The (immuno)histology of periimplant tissue may also indicate T-lymphocyte-dominant inflammation. Identification of histological allergy characteristics and evaluation of the lymphocyte transformation test beyond indications of sensitization will be possible only when larger studies are available.

为明确疑似植入物过敏情况，可采用植入金属和骨水泥成分的斑贴试验。植入物周围组织的（免疫）组织学检查也可能提示以T淋巴细胞为主的炎症。只有开展更多研究，才有可能识别组织学过敏特征并评估超出致敏指征的淋巴细胞转化试验。
