The relationship between an independent medical specialist and the hospital is governed by the access agreement. On 1 January 2008, the financing of medical specialist care has changed, with dramatic consequences for the legal relationship between independent medical specialists and the hospital. Increased attention to quality control also affects this relationship. The model access agreement needs to be changed on some points as a result of various developments so that the hospital management will have more tools at hand to manage patient care.
独立医学专家与医院之间的关系受准入协议的约束。2008年1月1日，医学专家护理的融资方式发生了变化，这对独立医学专家与医院之间的法律关系产生了重大影响。对质量控制的日益关注也影响了这种关系。由于各种发展情况，示范准入协议在某些方面需要进行修改，以便医院管理层在管理患者护理方面有更多可用工具。
