To report a new case of renal metastasis from an squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.
A 60 year old male presented to the outpatient office with an ultrasound finding of renal mass.
Imaging test studies showed a heterogeneous mass in the upper pole of the left kidney, involving the pelvis and trapping the renal artery.
Clinically recognised or symptomatic metastases to the kidney from pulmonary cancer have been a rare occurrence. Nevertheless, prognosis associated with lung carcinoma metastatic to the kidney is very poor, since the likelihood of a truly solitary metastasis is remote.
报告一例新的肺鳞状细胞癌肾转移病例。
一名60岁男性因超声检查发现肾肿物就诊于门诊。
影像学检查显示左肾上极有一异质性肿物，累及肾盂并包绕肾动脉。
临床上已认识到的或有症状的肺癌肾转移一直较为罕见。然而，肺癌转移至肾的预后非常差，因为真正孤立转移的可能性极小。
