To determine element contents in normal human lung tissue and compare their differences between districts.
Total 56 elements in 16 normal human lung tissues of 4 cities were detected by ICP-MS, ICP-AES and GF-AAS, and the measurement accuracy and precision were estimated.
All element determination values of national standard reference materials were in accord with the certified or reference values, the recovery rates were in the rang of 95% - 110%, and the RSD of most elements are less than 10%. The method is proved accurately and crediblely. The similar distributions of elements in lung samples of 4 cities were found in the study. Except 6 elements (Cu, Rb, Ge, Ce, Hg and Pb), the significant differences of the contents of all 50 measured elements were not observed between 4 cities.
The results indicated that the element contents could be stable in healthy human lung tissues in 4 cities.
测定正常人体肺组织中的元素含量,并比较不同地区之间的差异。
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GF-AAS)检测4个城市16例正常人体肺组织中的56种元素,并评估测量的准确性和精密度。
国家标准参考物质的所有元素测定值均符合认定值或参考值,回收率在95% - 110%范围内,大多数元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10%。该方法被证明准确可靠。研究发现4个城市肺样本中元素分布相似。除6种元素(铜、铷、锗、铈、汞和铅)外,4个城市之间所测50种元素的含量均未观察到显著差异。
结果表明4个城市健康人体肺组织中的元素含量可能是稳定的。
