PURPOSE
To describe two patients with acute angle closure glaucoma after oculoplastic surgery.
DESIGN
Interventional case reports.
METHODS
Review of clinical findings and treatment.
RESULTS
A 61-year-old female developed a painful eye with decreased visual acuity a few days after bilateral blepharoplasty. A 69-year-old male developed a painful red eye with decreased visual acuity a few days after ptosis correction. In both cases the intraocular pressure increased to more than 50 mmHg. Both patients were diagnosed with acute angle closure glaucoma and treated appropriately.
CONCLUSIONS
Acute angle closure glaucoma is a possible complication of oculoplastic surgery.

描述两例眼整形手术后发生急性闭角型青光眼的患者。

一名61岁女性在双侧睑成形术后数天出现眼痛伴视力下降。一名69岁男性在睑下垂矫正术后数天出现眼痛、眼红伴视力下降。两例患者眼压均升高至50 mmHg以上。两名患者均被诊断为急性闭角型青光眼并接受了适当治疗。
结论
急性闭角型青光眼是眼整形手术可能的并发症。
