[Trends in the tuberculosis epidemiological situation in the Kemerovo Region according to the data of comprehensive evaluation].

The author analyzes trends in the tuberculosis epidemiological situation in the Kemerovo Region in 1985 to 2006 according to the data of comprehensive evaluation. The situation was best in 1991 and worst in 2005 with some tendency for stabilization in 2006. The trend of the epidemic situation in the region mainly corresponds to the country's average trend, but shows the worse pattern, which may account for the more marked socioeconomic crisis in the coal-mining area in the 1990s. Comprehensive evaluation shows that there is a direct and strong correlation of the tuberculosis epidemic situation among the children with that in the general population.
