In order to examine the effect of dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate (DHA-S) on the production of uterus-contractive substances in perinatal women, the concentrations of estrogen stimulated neurophysin (ESN), oxytocin, 13, 14-dihydro-15-keto-Prostaglandin F2 alpha(PGF2 alpha) and DHA-S related steroids in the maternal blood of 12 cases of primigravida were serially estimated after intravenous administration of 200mg DHA-S twice a week from 38 weeks of gestation till the onset of labor.
These findings suggest that DHA-S administration to perinatal women may enhance the production of ESN, oxytocin and PGF2 alpha in the fetoplacento-maternal compartment, which may result in the shortening of labor.
为研究硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHA-S)对围产期妇女子宫收缩物质产生的影响,对12例初产妇从妊娠38周开始至分娩发动,每周两次静脉注射200mg DHA-S,连续测定母血中雌激素刺激的神经垂体素(ESN)、催产素、13,14-二氢-15-酮前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)及与DHA-S相关的类固醇的浓度。
1)与11例对照病例(13.5±5.2小时)相比,DHA-S组的产程显著缩短(平均;9.3±2.8小时)。2)i)与游离雌二醇-17β浓度密切相关的ESN浓度在首次给药后1周显著升高。ii)与ESN浓度密切相关的催产素浓度在妊娠39周、第一产程尤其是分娩时较对照组显著升高。iii)与DHA-S、硫酸雌酮和硫酸孕烯醇酮平行升高的PGF2α浓度在分娩时较对照组显著升高,且在DHA-S组与硫酸雌酮密切相关。
这些发现提示,对围产期妇女给予DHA-S可能会增强胎儿-胎盘-母体单位中ESN、催产素和PGF2α的产生,这可能导致产程缩短。
