The essential oil of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from seven different regions were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) in the present paper. The result indicated that it's easy to find a fingerprint character of 2-methyaminomethyester benzoic acid in the FTIR spectra of essential oil of the Pericarpium Citri Reticulataes collected from Guangdong and Guangxi, but it can't be seen in the FTIR spectra of th e samples from other regions, a nd especially, there is aobvious difference between Xinhui and non-Xinhui regions at 1690 and 1644 cm(-1) in the FTIR spectra. Therefore, the simple, fast and accurate property of FTIR is a good foundation for the identification of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae using its fingerprint character.
本文采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对来自七个不同地区的陈皮挥发油进行了鉴定。结果表明,在广东和广西采集的陈皮挥发油的FTIR光谱中很容易找到2-甲氨基甲基苯甲酸的指纹特征,但在其他地区样品的FTIR光谱中则看不到,特别是在FTIR光谱中,新会和非新会地区在1690和1644 cm(-1)处有明显差异。因此,FTIR简单、快速、准确的特性为利用其指纹特征鉴定陈皮奠定了良好基础。
