This study aims to demonstrate pulmonary alterations (PA) in patients with Behcet's disease by using CT.
CTs of 50 patients with Behcet's disease and 20 others in a control group have been evaluated retrospectively for PA (septal, reticular, nodular, atelectatic opacities).
Eight out of 50 patients (16%) with Behcet's disease showed PA. Three out of 20 (15%) in the control group showed PA. No differences were observed between Behcet's disease patients and the control group regarding pulmonary alterations (p=0.917). No differences were observed in the disease duration, ages and sex in either group in those with and without PA.
Pulmonary alterations can be seen in patients with Behcet's disease, but these alterations are not significant.
本研究旨在通过CT来证实白塞病患者的肺部改变（PA）。
回顾性评估了50例白塞病患者和20例对照组患者的CT，以观察PA（间隔、网状、结节状、肺不张混浊）情况。
50例白塞病患者中有8例（16%）出现PA。对照组20例中有3例（15%）出现PA。白塞病患者与对照组在肺部改变方面未观察到差异（p = 0.917）。在有或无PA的两组中，疾病持续时间、年龄和性别均未观察到差异。
白塞病患者可出现肺部改变，但这些改变并不显著。
