Abstract
Tuberculosis is an important illness with an increasing prevalence in the last years in part due to AIDS. Considered primarily a pulmonary disease, tuberculosis can also affect almost any body system (nervous, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal as well as bones and joints) through lymphohematogenous spread. The authors present a case of pulmonary and osteoarticular tuberculosis diagnosed simultaneously.

结核病是一种重要疾病，近年来其患病率不断上升，部分原因是艾滋病。结核病主要被视为一种肺部疾病，但也可通过血行播散影响几乎任何身体系统（神经、泌尿生殖、胃肠道以及骨骼和关节）。作者报告了一例同时诊断出肺部和骨关节结核的病例。
