Abstract

We report a case of fat containing adrenal cavernous haemangioma. Abdominal computed tomography images showed a large adrenal mass with calcifications and small well demarcated islets of intralesional fat. Magnetic resonance images confirmed the presence of fat and furthermore demonstrated the peripheral spotty contrast enhancement with centripetal enhancement, assuming the possibility of cavernous haemangioma.The histological specimen confirmed cavernous haemangioma of the adrenal gland.

我们报告一例含有脂肪的肾上腺海绵状血管瘤病例。腹部计算机断层扫描图像显示一个大的肾上腺肿块，伴有钙化以及病灶内边界清晰的小脂肪岛。磁共振成像证实了脂肪的存在，并且进一步显示出外周斑点状对比增强并向心性强化，提示可能为海绵状血管瘤。组织学标本证实为肾上腺海绵状血管瘤。
