Abstract

We examined blood Mg, Ca and Zn in 33 patients with senile, 18 patients with postmenopausal and 9 patients with medicamentous osteoporosis. The biochemical signs of chronic Mg deficiency were present in the first two groups due to lowering erythrocyte Mg. Correlation among these three ions in serum and erythrocytes brought different patterns which were richer in the first two groups compared with the third one. It seems probable that treatment with Mg lactate potentiates the storage of intracellular Zn. The correlation between biochemical and clinical findings was carried out, too. Pain, kyphosis, spine movement, x-ray picture were evaluated.

我们检测了33例老年性骨质疏松患者、18例绝经后骨质疏松患者和9例药物性骨质疏松患者的血液镁、钙和锌水平。由于红细胞镁含量降低,前两组出现了慢性镁缺乏的生化迹象。血清和红细胞中这三种离子之间的相关性呈现出不同的模式,前两组比第三组更为丰富。乳酸镁治疗似乎可能增强细胞内锌的储存。我们还进行了生化检查结果与临床检查结果之间的相关性分析。对疼痛、脊柱后凸、脊柱活动度、X光片进行了评估。
