In the USSR documents have been adopted determining the necessity of organising in the country a medicosocial rehabilitation service for patients, invalids and elderly persons; practical, research and public organizations concerned with the realization of different rehabilitation aspects have been established and have been operating. It is advisable to conduct rehabilitation of the given populations on the basis of experience gained in this field in developed countries and international organizations.
苏联已通过相关文件，确定了在国内为患者、残疾人和老年人组织医疗社会康复服务的必要性；与实现不同康复方面相关的实践、研究和公共组织已经成立并在运作。根据发达国家和国际组织在该领域积累的经验，对特定人群进行康复是可取的。
