[Treatment of acne vulgaris in practice].

The aim of all acne therapy is sebostasis and treatment of Corynebacterium acnes as well as secondary infected postular changes. After discussion of Tretinoin (Retinoic acid)-treatment it is reported about 35 cases of acne vulgaris which were treated with the combination of Hexachlorophenspiritus 1%,Silicatgel locally and Tetracycline orally. The good results of this treatment are reported. Side effects have not been observed.
