If an anterior chamber lens is contra-indicated in case of a (secondary) lens implantation with absence of a posterior capsule support, a posterior chamber lens (PCL) can be implanted fixing the haptics by sutures. The fixation is best achieved by directly suturing the haptics transsclerally into the sulcus, or indirectly by means of an iris flap created from an iridectomy. Complications are rare and not severe and long-term stability is rather good, provided an appropriate technique is applied including small incision, anterior vitrectomy and the use of viscoelastics. Forty-eight cases are reported with a follow-up of more than 5 years.
如果在没有后囊膜支撑的（二期）晶状体植入术中前房型人工晶状体为禁忌证，可植入后房型人工晶状体（PCL），通过缝线固定其襻。最佳固定方法是经巩膜将襻直接缝合至睫状沟，或通过虹膜切除术形成虹膜瓣间接固定。并发症罕见且不严重，只要应用适当的技术，包括小切口、前部玻璃体切除术和使用黏弹剂，长期稳定性相当好。本文报告了48例随访超过5年的病例。
