Abstract

Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) is a highly informative method of functional neuroimaging with high diagnostic potential for some neurological disorders. We used this method in diagnostics of specification of lesion localization, choosing of treatment tactics for chronic cerebral blood circulation disorders and evaluation of cavinton effect. The positive effect of the drug on cerebral hemoperfusion is confirmed.

摘要

单光子发射计算机断层扫描（SPECT）是一种功能神经成像的高信息量方法，对某些神经系统疾病具有很高的诊断潜力。我们使用这种方法来诊断病变定位、选择慢性脑血液循环障碍的治疗策略以及评估卡温顿效应。证实了该药物对脑血流灌注的积极作用。
